These terms cover how FOMO Student Rewards works and what you agree to when you buy and use a pass. We may update them as FOMO grows — the date above shows the latest version.
1. The service
FOMO Student Rewards provides a single-use QR pass that students buy at a discounted price and redeem at participating partners around campus.
2. Eligibility
You must be a student to be eligible.
3. Single-use rule
Each pass can be redeemed exactly once. Once a partner has scanned your QR, the pass is marked as used and cannot be redeemed again. We are not responsible for QR codes shared with others.
4. Can't make it?
Passes are non-refundable. If something comes up and you can't attend, contact us at hello@fomorewards.com.au before the deal window and we can usually move what you paid to your FOMO account as store credit for a future deal.
5. Partner offers
Specific perks are determined by each participating partner and may change without notice. We make no warranties about the value, availability or quality of any partner offer.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to forge, copy, share or attempt to reuse QR codes; not to attempt to access partner or admin pages without authorisation; and not to interfere with the normal operation of the service.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOMO Student Rewards is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your pass.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active pass-holders. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
