Buying a pass

How much does a pass cost?+

It varies per deal — the Tuesday 3 June trial is $5 for a $18 bowl of pho at Pho Hung Vuong, Clayton. Future deals will be priced individually.

Do I need to create an account?+

No. Just fill in the form, pay, and your pass arrives by email. You don't need a password. We do offer optional magic-link sign-in if you want to see all your passes in one place.

What payment methods are accepted?+

Any card supported by Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and most local cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work in supported browsers.

Will I get a receipt?+

Yes. Stripe emails you a payment receipt immediately. We'll also include the order reference in your QR-code email.

Using your pass

Can I use my pass more than once?+

No. Passes are single-use. Once a vendor scans your QR, it's marked as redeemed and can't be reused.

What if I lose the email?+

From your confirmation page right after payment, you can re-send the QR email. If you've left that page, use the /recover page or contact support with the email you used at signup.

When can I use it?+

Only during the specified deal window — for example, 3 June from 2pm to 6pm. We email you the exact date and times with your QR.

What if my QR shows a red cross at the counter?+

That means the pass was already redeemed once. Each QR works exactly once. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support.

Privacy & data

Why do you need my date of birth?+

Some vendor offers are age-restricted. We use DOB only to verify eligibility — it's never shared with vendors directly.

Will you share my details with vendors?+

Vendors only see your first and last name when they scan your pass — enough to confirm it's you, nothing more.

Can I have my data deleted?+

Yes. Email us and we'll remove your records within 7 days. See our Privacy page for the full process.
